Job Description:
- Assist the F &B Manager on the daily operations of the outlets.
- Propose, plan and execute marketing initiative for the outlets e.g. monthly food promotion.
- Resolve customer complaints concerning food quality and service.
- To monitor and improve the sales volume of food and beverage of the outlets.
- To prepare and present menus, staff schedule and event lists to the F & B Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or 5 years experience in related field.
- Must have experience in food and beverage management.
- Must be able to work under pressure and long hours if required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
