Job Description:
- Prepares, seasons and cooks a variety of foodstuffs for the buffet.
- Observe and test food throughout the cooking process.
- Co-ordinate and co-operate with other Demi Chefs as well as Commis position cooks to ensure an efficient, smooth and clean kitchen service.
- Follow standard operating procedures and perform special duties as may be assigned by superiors.
- To assume duties in the Malay Banquet Kitchen or Chinese Banquet Kitchen.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate with 4 years of experience in culinary arts.
- Knowledge in HACCP is a must.
